Engineered with a low-profile design on both sides, the Panelok® is an innovative bolt and barrel nut fastening system specifically designed for truck door applications. Featuring a cylindrical threaded nut, a weather-resistant seal beneath the bolt head and an adhesive thread patch, the Panelok® provides a secure fastening solution that resists vibration, weather exposure and tampering.

Finished with a premium Geomet® coating, the Panelok® offers superior corrosion resistance compared to standard zinc-plated fasteners. The Geomet® finish provides excellent protection against road salt, moisture and stone-chip exposure, making it ideal for demanding automotive and transport environments.

Designed for easy one-person installation using a drill, drill bit and Torx® T55 drive bit, the Panelok® provides a clean, low-profile finish when securing components such as hinges and latches to truck doors.
