  • This depends on your location and courier selection. We offer same or next-day delivery to most areas of Sydney for orders placed before 10:00am AEST. Interstate capital cities deliveries to Melbourne or Brisbane usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Areas such as regional South-Eastern Australia, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth can take 2-4 business days. 

  • To organise a return, contact the Huck Aerobolt customer service team. We can organise a courier to collect the goods for you, however freight charges will apply. You can also return the goods yourself via courier or Australia Post.

  • Most courier companies no longer require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to leave the parcel at your door or a safe place without contact. Please note, non-delivery claims will not be accepted if the courier has confirmed delivery.

    If you are concerned about your delivery, please consider a delivery address where somebody will be able to accept delivery.

  • Delivery charges are dependent on a few factors including your postcode, package dimensions, weight, and courier selection.

  • Yes, we do if your goods fit in an Australia Post satchel. 

  • We strive to ensure all deliveries are received within a reasonable time frame. If you have been tracking your order and notice that it is late, simply contact us and we will be happy to follow up on your delivery with the courier.

  • We want all our customers to be happy with their products and offer a 31 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all products purchased through us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, simply return it to us within 31 days for a refund of the purchase price less any delivery fees. We cannot accept product returns after 31 days or for goods that are custom products or made to order products, so please ensure you are entirely satisfied with your selection.

  • Yes, we are at Unit 12, 2 Barry Road, Chipping Norton, close to the Riverside Rd intersection. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday, 8.00 to 4.00 pm.


  • Huck Aerobolt accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard or Zip Pay (Buy Now Pay Later). Alternatively, you can pay via EFT, however your order must be placed via phone on 02 9755 3747. If paying via EFT, please forward an official bank receipt/remittance so we can get your order out quicker.


  • Yes, we have a technically based sales team who can assist in finding the right fastener for your application.

  • There could be are several reasons your rivets have failed. The issue could be a faulty rivet or an installation issue. Either way we offer a wide range of technical services, including rivet test lab services. We have teamed up with a NATA approved lab that undertakes laboratory rivet testing services. Should you have a rivet failure, let us know so we can review your application and or have your rivets sent to the NATA approved lab for laboratory rivet testing.


  • All Huck fasteners meet the requirements of AS9100, ISO9001, TSI16949 and ISO14001.

  • All of Huck Aerobolt's suppliers meet Australian and/or international standards.  Aerobolt only deals with manufacturers that are accredited, have a commitment to quality and can provide certificates of performance.
