What should I do if I only receive part of my order?

In the event of a partial delivery, you can track the status of your remaining order after logging in and checking “My Orders” in the “My Account” section.

Otherwise, contact us and we will follow up.

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on your location and courier selection. We offer next-day delivery to most areas of Sydney. Deliveries to other Australian cities like Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra arrive in 1-2 business days. Areas and cities such as regional South-Eastern Australia, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth can take 2-4 business days. 

Do you deliver to New Zealand or Asia?

We don't accept online international orders. Contact us if you'd like to arrange an ex-works pickup from the warehouse in Minto NSW Australia.  

Do I need to be available to accept delivery?

Most courier companies no longer require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to leave the parcel without contact. Please note, non-delivery claims will not be accepted if the courier company has confirmed delivery. 

If this is a concern, consider a delivery address where somebody will be able to accept the goods. Or provide us with instructions to leave at a discrete spot. Alternatively you can collect from the warehouse in Minto, in South Western Sydney.  

How much do you charge for freight?

If your order can fit in a standard Auspost satchel, standard shipping will cost $15. If not, delivery charges are dependent on a few considerations including package/box weight, package dimensions, weight and location. There are also delivery options, such as standard, express, etc. 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

If the goods fit in an Australia Post satchel the answer is yes. 

What should I do if my order is late?

We strive to ensure all deliveries are received within a reasonable time frame. If you have been tracking your order and notice that there is a significantly delay, simply contact us.  

Does Huck Aerobolt accept returns?

We aim to have satisfied customers and offer a generous 31 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product,  simply complete the online return form for approval. If returning a tool please ensure the tool and its outer casing are in pristine condition. We don't accept product returns for items that are special orders i.e. Aerobolt have brought in an item on your behalf, or a made to order product, so kindly ensure you have selected carefully.
