Huck Aerobolt prides itself on treating all orders as urgent and listed below some frequently asked questions regarding deliveries.

What should I do if I only receive part of my order?

In the event of a partial delivery, you can track the status of your remaining order after logging in and checking “My Orders” in the “My Account” section.

Otherwise, contact us and we will be happy to follow up on your order.

How long will my delivery take?

This depends on your location and courier selection. We offer same or next-day delivery to most areas of Sydney for orders placed before 10:00am AEST. Interstate capital cities deliveries to Melbourne or Brisbane usually arrive in 1-2 business days. Areas such as regional South-Eastern Australia, Adelaide, Hobart and Perth can take 2-4 business days. 

How do I return a product to Huck Aerobolt?

To organise a return, contact the Huck Aerobolt customer service team. We can organise a courier to collect the goods for you, however freight charges will apply. You can also return the goods yourself via courier or Australia Post.

Do I need to be available to accept delivery?

Most courier companies no longer require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to leave the parcel at your door or a safe place without contact. Please note, non-delivery claims will not be accepted if the courier has confirmed delivery.

If you are concerned about your delivery, please consider a delivery address where somebody will be able to accept delivery.

How much do you charge for freight?

Delivery charges are dependent on a few factors including your postcode, package dimensions, weight, and courier selection.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes, we do if your goods fit in an Australia Post satchel. 

What should I do if my order is late?

We strive to ensure all deliveries are received within a reasonable time frame. If you have been tracking your order and notice that it is late, simply contact us and we will be happy to follow up on your delivery with the courier.

Does Huck Aerobolt have a Return Policy?

We want all our customers to be happy with their products and offer a 31 Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all products purchased through us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you have purchased, simply return it to us within 31 days for a refund of the purchase price less any delivery fees. We cannot accept product returns after 31 days or for goods that are custom products or made to order products, so please ensure you are entirely satisfied with your selection.
