The HG-IR509 is a high-performance air-hydraulic installation tool designed for professional use with structural rivets and lockbolts. Engineered for durability and efficiency, this tool delivers powerful and consistent installation across a wide range of fastening applications.

It is suitable for installing C6L and Maxgrip (MG) lockbolts in the following diameters: 6.4 mm (1/4"), 7.9 mm (5/16"), and 9.5 mm (3/8"). The tool can also install structural rivets from 6.4 mm (1/4") up to 9.5 mm (3/8").

Manufactured from high-quality alloy, this tool is ideal for installing a wide range of structural rivet diameters, with quick and simple changeover of nose assemblies (sold separately).
